Tour & Lecture Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Visitors (1-20 Guests):
- More than 48 hours before the tour: Visitors may cancel or reschedule their tour with a full refund. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 48 hours in advance.
- Within 48 hours of the tour: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour are non-refundable. We understand that situations arise, and if you’re unable to attend, you may contact us to reschedule your tour for a later date, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of $25 may apply.
- No-Show: If a visitor does not show up for the scheduled tour without prior notice, no refund will be issued, and rescheduling will not be possible.
Large Group Cancellations:
For groups of 21 or more guests, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date to receive a full refund. Groups cancelling less than 7 days before the tour will forfeit their deposit or may incur a rescheduling fee of $50.
Cancellations by Foot Soldiers Park:
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, tour guide illness, etc.), we will offer the option to reschedule for another date or provide a full refund.
Inclement Weather:
Rain or Shine: Tours generally run rain or shine. In the event of severe weather (e.g., thunderstorms, tornado warnings), Foot Soldiers Park reserves the right to cancel the tour for safety reasons. A full refund or rescheduling option will be provided in such cases.
Refund Processing:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
